Underpass Expansion Joint
BUSINESSWhen rain water percolates into pavement layer of pavement, it reaches the portion of expansion joint along Slab according to the slope. At this time, because concentration power of aggregate becomes weaker, seperation phenomenon of aggregate during vehicle driving, it proceeds to Pot-Hole and causes bad effect toward vehicle driving.
It occurs occasionally underground water leakage due to waterproof layer damage via tertiary external cause in structure waterproof and due to minute pore generation in waterproof sheet construction. At this time, it contains safety accident hazards because of hydroplaning in summer time and dew condensation, ice formation in winter time.
Iron Plate Installation
In aggregate deposition, iron acts as preventor to block aggregate into expansion space, but it generates up-and-down movement of iron plate by wheel load of vehicle due to stepped difference which is generated by concavo-convex problem on concrete Slab surface and differential settlement. And it also generates corrosion with moistness from temperature difference of cold iron plate property and finally comes to occur volumetric displacement of expansion joint portion.

Expansion Joint Uninstallation (Concrete Pavement)
Slab drain is installed in the space of percolating water stock and leaked underground water, and to drain induced water for percolating and underground leakage water.

Supporting subsidiary material is incorrodible and to use permanently. It uses complementary textile (Glass Fiber) with flexibility which is able to accept concavo-convex and deflection of concrete Slab.
